Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lumi, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our press-on nails. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Eligibility: If you believe you have received a defective item, please email to info@luminails.com.au within 48-hours of receiving your order with a clear photo of the defect. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@luminails.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your product back to us.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used press-on nails.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of special promotions.
