At Lumi, we strive to deliver your press-on nails quickly and efficiently.

We are from Perth, Western Australia therefore all orders are sent from Perth through Australia Post with tracking number.

Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth delivery process. 


Processing Time:
  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. All orders are sent with Australia Post.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–8 business days.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If you have not received your package but the tracking indicates it has been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.


Address Changes:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@luminails.com.au. We will do our best to update your address, but once the order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
